Are interest rates fixed or variable?
Both. We offer variable rates of 1.1% to 1.4% for all Level 1 accounts (accounts with a principal amount starting at $10.00). We offer fixed rate of 1.8% for Level 2 accounts (principal amount starting at $1,000.00) and 2.1% for Level 3 accounts (principal amount starting at $10,000.00).
What investment plans do you offer?
We offer three basic investment plans. We offer variable rates of 1.1% to 1.4% for all Level 1 accounts (principal amount from $10.00). We offer fixed rate of 1.8% for Level 2 accounts (principal amount from $1,000.00), and 2.1% for Level 3 accounts (principal amount from $10,000.00).
How often can I change my TopFinancial investment plan?
Technically, you cannot change your investment plan yourself. A higher interest rate plan will be automatically assigned to your account once your account principal amount reaches the minimum required for the new investment plan.
What does it cost to change my investment plan?
All it takes to upgrade your investment plan is to reach the minimum account principal amount required for a higher interest rate investment plan. The upgrade is done automatically, and no action is required at your end.
When can I withdraw my interest?
You can withdraw the interest you have earned at any time. This refers to non-compounded interest, which is credited to the available balance in your account. Compounded interest is added to the account principal and is therefore locked in for 210 business days from the date of the initial deposit.
Do I get my principal amount back?
Yes, you do. Your account principal will be available for withdrawal after the lock-in period of 210 business days from the date of the initial deposit.
What is a 3-level referral program?
A 3-level referral program is where we pay referral commissions not only for deposits made by your direct referrals (1st level referrals), but also for the deposits made by the referrals of your direct referrals (2nd level referrals) and for deposits made by referrals of referrals who in turn were referred by your direct referrals (3rd level referrals).
How do I get my Referral ID and Personal Referral Link?
Your Referral ID and Personal Referral Link are created automatically when you open an account with us. Your Login ID with TopFinancial is your Referral ID. You can find your Personal Referral Link at the bottom of the 'Account Details' page within your TopFinancial account.
What do I do with my Referral ID and Personal Referral Link?
You can send your Personal Referral Link to your friends, relatives, co-workers, or any other person you know who may be interested in investing with us. We will know that these new customers come from you if they join us through your Personal Referral Link.
As an alternative, instead of using your Personal Referral Link, you can ask your prospective referrals simply to enter your Referral ID in the appropriate field of their Account Registration form. This way we will know that this new customer has been referred by you and you will earn the referral commission.
I have referred a few new people already, but have not received referral commissions yet. What is the problem?
First, make sure that the people you referred show up in your list of referrals. It might be so that the person you have referred has not followed your referral link, so we could not identify this person as your referral. In this case, contact our customer service providing the information about your missing referral and we will fix the problem.
Second, please be advised that the referral commission is paid only on after your referral makes a deposit. We do not pay referral commissions for simply referring new people.
What is compounding?
Compounding is a financial technique that allows you to use the daily interest you earn to increase your account principal amount. We offer 2 types of compounding: simple and advanced.
What is simple compounding?
Simple compounding, as is clear from its name, is the simpler of the two compounding options we offer. It offers you a chance to increase your account principal amount by compounding your daily interest either partially or entirely. Available rates for simple compounding range from 0% to 100%. 0% compounding rate means that you do not compound any part of your daily interest. 10% compounding rate means that 10% of your daily interest is added to your account principal while the remaining 90% is added to your available balance and can be withdrawn at any time. A 100% compounding rate means that all of your daily interest is compounded. Your simple compounding rate can be modified at any time, and no restrictions apply to the number of changes. Compounded interest is treated as an inseparable part of account principal. Thus, the lock-in period of 210 business days from the date of the initial deposit applies to compounded interest.
What is advanced compounding?
Advanced compounding is slightly more complicated. Advanced compounding allows you to set a 100% daily compounding rate for a pre-determined number of days. The only limitation is that you cannot cancel your choice of the number of days you have opted to use advanced compounding or alter your compounding rate during this period. This allows us to use your principal amount in a far less restricted and, therefore, much more effective way - and to pass on extra profits to you. The actual extra rate is dependent upon the number of days you opt for, as shown below.

I've forgotten my TopFinancial account password. How do I reset it?
That's quite easy. You need to access the TopFinancial website, click the 'Lost Password' link at the bottom of the Account Login area, enter your Login ID and the turing number you will see and provide the answer to the security question. After you have finished, an email with your current account password will be immediately sent to your contact email address as listed in your account profile. We strongly recommend you to change your account password as soon as possible once you have regained access to your TopFinancial account.
I can't remember my Login ID. How do I recover it?
To recover your Login ID, you need to contact us via the contact form on our website, providing as much information about you and your account as possible, including the answer to your security question. We will send you your Login ID once we successfully locate your account.
How can I change the password for my TopFinancial account?
To change your account password, you need to log in to your TopFinancial account and click on the 'Update account details' link at the top, right-hand corner of the account area. You will then need to specify your old password and enter the new account password twice.
How do I change the contact email address listed in my account profile?
We do not allow members to update their contact email address from their TopFinancial account for security reasons. To have your contact email address updated, please contact our customer service via email providing your new contact email address and the answer to the security question.
